Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return period starting from the date of receipt. This allows you to decide whether to keep or return the product. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition (unused, with tags attached).

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are not covered by Werune. If the order is:

Refused at the door.

Not picked up from the parcel shop.

Incorrect address provided.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If a package is refused upon delivery or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a £15 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping is your responsibility. Ensure you use Track & Trace for the return. Please note: Returns without valid tracking information cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
Inspect your product immediately upon receipt. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours by email. Please provide a photo of the damage or defect.
Important: Refunds are not provided for items not reported within 24 hours, and items are not covered by warranty.
Exchanges Policy
We offer a one-time free exchange if your item arrives defective or damaged.
For all other exchange requests (such as size changes), return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you if the return is approved. If approved, refund processing will be completed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
Return Address
To receive a refund, please return your item with tracking information to the address we’ll provide once you’ve made your return request via email.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it without any issues. After this time, cancellation will depend on the order status.
