How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. Shipping within the United Kingdom takes 6-7 business days, orders typically arrive within 7–9 business days. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Can I return an item?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with tags attached. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping. For more details, please read our Refund Policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

We offer a one-time free exchange if your item arrives defective or damaged.
For all other exchange requests (such as size changes), return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order via our Track Your Order page or directly through the carrier's website.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to cancel it, as the order may have already been processed. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us at info@werune.com. Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item. Returns must be shipped with Track & Trace for confirmation. For further details, see our Refund Policy.

Are there any fees for returning items?

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If an order is refused at delivery, or if an incorrect address was provided, a £15 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product so we can assist you promptly.
